At approximately 7:35 pm on June 28, 2023 a credit card was stolen from a locker at Formula Fitness 2495 Lincoln Hwy East.  At approximately 7:50 pm, the pictured male used the victim's card at the Target 2385 Covered Bridge Road for a purchase exceeding $1200.  Please look closely at the surveillance photo:  the suspect has a goatee, is wearing a camouflage baseball style hat with an American flag on the front, glasses, and appears to be wearing a watch on his left wrist.  Anyone who is familiar with the subject or has information regarding this Theft and Credit Card Fraud is asked to contact the East Lampeter Township Police Department.
