Police and Fire are on the scene of a commercial truck crash at the intersection of Lampeter Rd and Lincoln Hwy East (Bridgeport).  Lampeter Rd is closed to traffic; motorists should avoid the area and expect long waiting and detours.  A large commercial vehicle did experience a fire and Lancaster County Haz-Mat is responding to assess the situation for possible leakage.  There is no immediate threat to surrounding businesses and residents at this time.  This event is in West Lampeter Township, however, East Lampeter Township Police are on scene assisting.   The roadway is expected to be closed into rush hour.
