Officers who are Safe Kids certified car seat technicians will review citizen owned child safety/booster seats and teach citizens proper installation and use. Officer Odenwalt received 40 hours of training to obtain certification and must complete updated training annually.  Routine checks are performed at the East Cocalico Township Police Department.  Appointments must be made by calling 717-336-1725 ext. 275 or by emailing Officer Rachael Odenwalt at odenwaltr@ectpd.org.
