Larry Weaver, 58, of Denver, PA, was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under Influence and 2 counts of Driving While Operating Privileges are Suspended DUI Related, after a vehicle stop in the 1st block of Kurtz Road on 24 April 2023, at approximately 1915 hours.   An officer passed Weaver and had knowledge of him having a suspended drivers license.   The officer stopped his vehicle and determined he was impaired.  A breath test indicated a blood alcohol concentration of .08%.  He was sent a summons to appear in District Court.
