Michael K Ulysse, 28, of Denver, PA was charged with Driving Under the Influence and Possession of Controlled Substances after a single vehicle crash that occurred in the first block of East Swartzville Road on August 20, 2020.   At 1932 hours, East Cocalico Police were dispatched for an SUV that struck a utility pole.   Officers arrived and determined that the driver was impaired.   Ulysse refused a blood test and was charged with the highest level of DUI.   After Ulysse was arrested, Officers located 1.8 grams of Psilocybin mushrooms and several Clonazepam pills.    Ulysse was sent a summons to appear in District Court.
