The Chambersburg Police Department wishes to extend a heartfelt Thank You to the citizens of Chambersburg and all individuals who have submitted tips or provided information.  As summer began, the department experienced an increase in crime in Chambersburg.  Without the tips and other information provided to the police department, many of the crimes would have gone unsolved.  It takes everyone working together to make Chambersburg a better place to live and work. Because of this, the Chambersburg Police Department is grateful for all the community's assistance.
