On 07/02/2026 at 942 am, CPD took a report for a theft. The reporting party informed CPD that a black male wearing white shorts and a tank top, had taken his portable jump starter. The person shown in this photo may have information relevant to an ongoing police investigation. He is a person of interest but not necessarily a suspect at this time.
