Chambersburg Police Department is investigating a hit and run that occurred on West Washington Street.  The pictured vehicle was parked in front of the victim's vehicle.  When the pictured vehicle pulled from the area it struck the parked vehicle behind it. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact CPD or leave a tip on Crimewatch.
