UPDATE - A tip was provided that identified the driver.  HBPD made contact with the driver and charges will be filed.  Thanks for the quick tip.  This case was solved in under an hour with your help!

On Monday February 24 at 8:08 PM two males left the CVS in Hummelstown.  They attempted to back out of a parking stall, and struck another vehicle in the parking lot.  They left without notifying the owner.
