Renovo Police are investigating a fraud and theft of a 62 year old Chapman Twp resident, who had two transactions totaling $691.60 fraudulently withdrawn from her bank account, in December 2023 and January 2024.  The incident occurred when a male caller with a foreign accent was able to obtain the victim's personal information during a fraudulent phone call where the caller pretended to be from victim's insurance company.
