MILL HALL / CASTANEA:

A warrant was obtained for GENE RAYMOND LAGOE JR. by Mill Hall Police Department, LAGOE JR was to perform a home improvement job, the victim paid him a total of $9100,00  for the materials and work.  LAGOE JR.  then failed to do the contracted job, took the victims money and fled to the New York State area.

Pa title 73 517.8 A2: Home improvement fraud (F2)

Pa title 18: Theft  (F3)

Pa title 18 Theft by failure to make required disposition of funds (F3)

Pa title 18 Theft by deception (F3)

UPDATE: ON 12/20/22 GENE RAYMOND LAGOE JR WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AND PLACED IN THE CLINTON COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY
