Mill Hall Police have an active warrant for RICHARD EDWARD MILLER formally RICHARD WYLAND II, Miller opened his own business MILLER HOME CARE LLC based out of Lock Haven, MILLER was contracted to provide home care for the 83 yrs old victim. MILLER stole bank checks, wrote them out and forged the victims name taking over $20,000 from the victims bank account.  MILLER is charged with felony counts of Financial exploitation of an older adult or care dependent person,  forgery, theft, and Identity theft.  Charges had been filed in District Court 25-03-01.
