Theft and Financial exploitation of older adult or care-dependent person
STEVEN A EOUTE of Mill Hall was arrested on felony charges of theft and financial exploitation, EOUTE was appointed " power of attorney" for the victim for the purpose of taking care of the victims financial needs, the investigation revealed EOUTE used over $15,000 dollars of the victims money to buy a pickup truck, tattoos, tool boxes, and had taken trips, all without the permission of the victim. EOUTE was placed in the Clinton County Jail, charges had been filed at District Court 25-3-02.
