THEFT 

On 6/03/26 at 0900 am investigation was opened involving a 2022 Belmont trailer was stolen from 3170 Eagle Valley Road sometime with in the past week, the trailer was entered into NCIC and the investigation is continuing.

PA DOG LAW ARREST

Francis E Poorman Jr of Mill Hall failed to keep his dog under control and on his own property On 06/01/26 at 1834hrs, the medium breed dog, ran onto the road and bit a child who was riding a scooter, the child received minor injuries. POORMAN was cited for Confinement of Dogs and faces a fine of $500-$1000, the investigation is ongoing. The citation was filed in District Court 25-3-02.
