Lock Haven – Steven Ray Barner, Jr., 35, of Hill St., Jersey Shore, was arrested by Pennsylvania State Police for selling a CI $150.00 worth of methamphetamine to a confidential informant.
Barner was charged with one count (1) of MANUFACTURE, DELIVERY OR POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO MANUFACTURE OR DELIVER A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. (Felony) and one count (1) of CRIMINAL USE OF COMMUNICATION FACILITY (F3).
Barner had bail set at $35,000 monetary and remains incarcerated.
Barner waived his preliminary hearing on Monday, August 17 at the Clinton County Courthouse. His Formal Arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday, September 29th at 8:30 AM.
Barner also faces charges of possession of a controlled substance (M), and possession of drug paraphernalia (M), stemming from a separate arrest by State Police resulting from a traffic stop in March of 2026.
