On July 9, 2026, Warrington Police responded to Walmart for the report of a retail theft after two juveniles stole $69.74 worth of football cards and fled the area.
Officers quickly identified one of the suspects as a 15-year-old from Warrington and responded to the juvenile's residence. A parent later arrived home with the juvenile, who was still wearing the same clothing seen during the theft. While at the residence, officers also identified the second suspect, a 16-year-old juvenile. Another officer responded to that residence also in Warrington, where the juvenile was located, placed under arrest, and transported to the police station.
The 16-year-old was processed and released to a guardian.
A short time later, Walmart loss prevention contacted police again and reported the same two juveniles had committed an identical theft on June 26, 2026, stealing another $69.74 worth of football cards.
Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
