On August 16, 2026, at approximately 10:11 P.M. a Warrington Officer on patrol performed a check on a vehicle traveling on Easton Road in the area of K Street with an expired registration.

The registration expired March 2026 and the operator 55-year-old Rasheed Lateef Golphin had an active warrant from Horsham Township Police. Officer confirmed the operator was Golphin. 

Horsham Police responded to the traffic stop and took Golphin into custody. 

Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
