UP-DATE 5/29/2020--SHOOTER IDENTIFIED AND ARRESTED

The Warminster Township Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on May 25, 2020 at about 3:00 am at the Motel 6 located at 265 E. Street Road in Warminster Township. Video surveillance captured an individual operating a gray/silver older model sedan exit his vehicle and approached a hotel room which was unoccupied at the time. The individual was armed with a large caliber semi-automatic pistol. After knocking on the door and attempting entry, the individual fired at least two shots into the room causing minor damage to the unoccupied room and also an occupied adjacent room. No one was injured. The individual then fled the scene.
