Congratulations to Detective Josh Brooks on his well-earned promotion! A proud Abington Township native and 2011 Abington High School grad, Josh comes from a family with deep roots in law enforcement. Starting his career in 2017 with the Philadelphia PD in the 22nd District, he honed his skills in urban policing before joining Solebury Township PD in 2023. Since then, Josh has excelled, earning certifications in narcotics and online predator investigations and serving on the Bucks County Drug Task Force. A dedicated community outreach officer, he represents STPD with professionalism. Josh is a proud husband to Danielle and father to Joey, Justin, Aliyah, Mila, and Carson.
