After 25 years of dedicated service to the Solebury Township Police Department (joined April 2001), we’re celebrating a true professional, mentor, and “officer and gentleman.” As a Firearms Instructor, Less Lethal Munitions Instructor, and Bicycle Patrol Officer, Phil consistently showed integrity, compassion, and excellence—earning heartfelt appreciation from residents and fellow agencies alike.
