10/4/2021
Plumstead Township Police Officers handled multiple calls regarding fraudulent unemployment claims. Reports were filed, and the complainants were advised to contact the unemployment office.
At 9:22 am, Officers were dispatched for a check-the-wellbeing on North Branch Road. Upon arrival Police located a 67-year-old deceased male from Doylestown. No evidence of foul play indicating male passed of natural causes.
At 6:34 pm, Officers investigated a call for an unwanted subject on Valley Park Road. Homeowner had complaints of a vehicle parked on his property. Officers identified the driver and made contact and he was advised not to return to the property.
10/5/2021
At 6:31 pm, Officers investigated a disturbance at a residence on Rinker Circle. Officers served an involuntary commitment for an emergency evaluation and treatment to an individual who was showing signs of danger to himself or others. The male was subsequently transported by a patrol vehicle to a local hospital for mental health evaluation.
At 10:07 pm, Officers investigated a domestic dispute between partners on Old Easton Road. Officers were able to mediate the situation and no further action was required.
10/6/2021
The Central Bucks Motor Carrier Safety Enforcement Team conducted a safety inspection detail in New Britain Township between the hours of 7am till 3 pm. The team is made up of officers from this department, New Britain Township, Doylestown Township, and Quakertown Borough. During the detail, multiple citations were issued.

10/7/2021
At 3:15 pm, Officers investigated a call for vandalism that occurred on Old Easton Road. Upon arrival Officers met with the Principal of Tohickon Middle School who was able to show graffiti in the boy’s bathroom stall. No further leads at this time to identify the actor.
At 3:50 pm, Officers were dispatched for a medical emergency of an adult male on Simpson Circle who was showing signs of danger to himself or others. The male was transported by Central Bucks EMS to a local hospital for evaluation.
At 6:55 pm, Officers were dispatched for a check-the-wellbeing of an adult female on Landisville Road who was showing signs of danger to herself or others. The female was transported by Point Pleasant Plumsteadville EMS to a local hospital for evaluation.
10/8/2021
At 7:54 am, Officers responded to a mental health stand-by from Lenape Valley Mobile Crisis on Durham Road. Officers remained on scene while personal performed evaluation and no further action was taken.
At 9:34 am, Officers served an involuntary commitment for an emergency evaluation and treatment to an individual on Durham Road. The male was subsequently transported by Plumsteadville EMS to a local hospital for evaluation.
At 10:02 pm, Officers responded to the Colonial Village Motel on North Easton Road for a report of a domestic assault. Officers were able to mediate the situation and both parties involved were provided with a PA Crime Victims packet.
At 11:10 pm, Officers investigated a call for a noise complaint in the area of Jacob Stout Road. Officers were able to contact the homeowner and mediate the complaint.
10/9/2021
At 7:00 pm, Officers responded to a domestic standby on North Easton Road. Officers remained on scene till Uber arrived.
10/10/2021
At 6:35 pm, Officers investigated a domestic assault between an adult female and her partner on Rebecca Fell Drive. Officers observed physical signs of abuse on the adult female. Daniel Phillip Binder,33, of Doylestown was taken into custody by responding officers and transported to Bucks County Correctional Facility following his arraignment.
10/11/2021
At 2:00am, Officers investigated a call for property damage on Ferry Road that occurred overnight. Upon arrival Officers met with property owner who was able to show damage to a soybean field. No further leads at this time to identify the actor.
At 6:15 pm, Officers investigated a domestic disturbance between family members on Esther Reed Drive. Officers remained on scene and were able to mediate the situation. No further action needed.
10/13/2021
At 2:46 pm, Officers investigated a disturbance on the 1000 block of Easton Road. Officers remained on scene and were able to mediate the situation.
At 7:19 pm, Officers were dispatched for a single vehicle traffic accident on Stump Road. Upon contact with the operator, the Officer detected the strong odor of vanilla. Vanilla extract contains alcohol and can be consumed. The operator was unable to satisfactorily perform the field sobriety tests due to the injuries he sustained from the crash. He was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence. Charges are pending blood evidence results.
10/15/2021
At 9:45 pm, Officers served an involuntary commitment for an emergency evaluation and treatment to an individual on Louise Sant Claire Dr. The juvenile male was subsequently transported by Officers to a local hospital for evaluation.
At 4:14 pm, Officers were dispatched to Giant grocery store on Swamp Road for the report of an attempted retail theft. Two subjects, a male and female entered the store together and fled the store prior to being confronted by store employees. Natalie Anstock,36, of Chalfont and Kevin Ball,33, of Telford were found in possession of multiple items from the Giant and CVS retail stores. Anstock and Ball were arrested for Theft and Receiving Stolen Property and arraigned at Central Bucks Regional Police Department. Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
10/16/2021
At 4:24 pm, Officers responded to a mental health intervention on Downs Run Road. Officers remained on scene while Point Pleasant Plumsteadville EMS performed medical treatment on an adult male with a puncture wound. The male was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation.
