On August 6th, 2026, at approximately 2241 hours, Officers from the Plumstead Township Police Department were dispatched to an address on Split Log Drive, which is located in the Cabin Run Development, for the report of an adult male peering in a young female's bedroom window. 

The homeowner's video surveillance captured the incident, which resulted in the male being identified as Cabin Run resident and known neighbor of the complainant. The adult male was charged with loitering and prowling; a misdemeanor of the 3rd degree, and summary harassment. The defendant has a preliminary hearing scheduled at Judge Gambardella's located at 276 Tabor Rd Ottsville PA, on September 8, 2026, at 1030 hours.
