The Perkasie Borough Police Department received information via a social media source indicating that individuals may be posing as persons going door to door to conduct in home testing for the Corona Virus. The victim may then be charged for the fictitious test or may become the victim of a robbery. This information has not been confirmed and no residents of Perkasie or Sellersville have been victims of this scam however, the Perkasie Police Department always advises residents not let unknown persons into their home.

At this time door to door testing is not occurring. Residents should immediately call  911 should you have anyone come to your residence soliciting for Corona Virus Testing.
