The Hilltown Township Police Department is attempting to locate Raquel Hightower. Raquel's family last heard from her on or around August 15, 2023. Raquel told her family she was going camping and then selling her personal vehicle. Raquel has a nose piercing and multiple tattoos on both of her arms, shoulders and around her neck.
