On Tuesday, August 29, at approximately 8:15 PM, Falls Township Police were dispatched to the 900 block of West Trenton Avenue, Morrisville, to investigate a traffic accident involving a struck pedestrian. The preliminary investigation determined that a 34 year old male resident of Falls Township, operating a Toyota sedan, struck a 19 year old male resident of Falls Township, who was walking across West Trenton Avenue. 

As a result of the collision the struck male sustained critical injuries and was transported to Capital Health, New Jersey, via Levittown-Fairless Hills Rescue Squad.

The motorist is cooperating with the investigation. Alcohol, drugs or a medical emergency are not believed to be factors in causation.
