Do not return the phone call!  Residents have reported receiving a voicemail message from a Philadelphia Sheriff Sergeant by the name of "Roy Herbert". He states the matter is urgent and requests an immediate call back.  The phone number given appears to be a burner phone. This is a scam - Philadelphia Police is not associated with a Sheriff Sergeant Roy Herbert. Stay informed and be aware!
