Parking Ticket: Hearing Request Form

If you would like to request a hearing on a parking ticket, you may download and print-out the Hearing Request Form and submit your request in one of the following three ways:

  • Download and fill-in the Hearing Request Form in its entirety and submit it in person Mon-Fri 8a.m.-4p.m. at the Bristol Borough Police Station located at 250 Pond St Bristol, PA 19007
  • Fax the completed Hearing Request Form directly to the police department at (215) 788-7812
  • Print and mail the completed Hearing Request Form to:
