Strong winds brought down a tree on PECO power lines on Route 313 between 113 and Blue School Road knocking out power to the area.  Emergency PECO work is underway and emergency traffic controls are in place to get traffic safely  around the work area.  Avoid the area or expect delays for the next few hours as only one lane can pass through at a time.  Thank you.
