Caernarvon Township, Berks County has declared a Snow Emergency beginning Sunday, February 22, 2026 at Noon through Tuesday, February 24, 2026 Noon. 

All vehicles must be removed from all township streets through the Snow Emergency, NO EXCEPTIONS. Vehicles in violation will be ticketed and can be towed at OWNER'S EXPENSE.  Please remove vehicles from the streets starting Sunday morning to avoid any violations.
