On October 1 at around 2121 hours police were conducting a well being check at the Red Carpet Inn. During the check they located Eric WHISMAN who had just been arrested several hours prior for narcotics violations. During this encounter, he was again found to be in possession of crystal meth. He was later charged for an additional count of possession of a controlled substance.
