On September 30th, 2026, Corning Police Officer arrested for 36 year-old Brett A. Simmons, of Corning, for Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree for entering a business that he was previously issued a trespass warning for. Mr. Simmons was processed on the arrest at the Corning Police Dept. and subsequently transported to the Steuben County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
