Let’s give a great big Dodge City welcome to Detective William Cutshall, who joined our force today.  Detective Cutshall comes to us from Liberal, Kansas, where he worked for the Liberal Police Department.  He is a retired detective from the Richmond Police Department in Virginia and has over 30 years of law enforcement experience.  Welcome aboard Detective Cutshall!
