92 were incoming 911 calls and 45 of those 911 calls happened between 8 pm and midnight with only THREE dispatchers. A 4th dispatcher was on the property celebrating with her family and jumped on to help out her team without hesitation.
During the 4-hour window between 8 pm and midnight, there were 55 CAD calls for service. (fire, emergency services/medical, traffic accidents, disturbances)
Dispatchers averaged about 400 spoken transactions during the high volume of calls.
