Missing Indigenous Person Alert

Cortez, CO

16-year-old, Indigenous, female, Kleo Azure, 4'11"/95lbs, black hair with red stripes and brown eyes, was last seen on March 23, 2026, around midnight. 

Kleo left the 120 block of S Maple St, in Cortez, in a grey 2008 Lexus ES 350 bearing Colorado license plate CRK-H62. 

She was possibly last seen wearing blue jeans with a hoodie or crop top and white Nike shoes with a blue stripe. She may be traveling to the Farmington, New Mexico area. 

Law enforcement is concerned for her safety. If seen, please call 9-1-1 or the Cortez Police Department at 970-565-8441.
