A burglary at Choice Lumber was reported in the early morning of June 27th, 2026. Employees reported the front gate lock had been cut and a white 2015 Ford F‑250 extended cab pickup stolen from the rear lot. Surveillance footage showed a white male suspect on the property at about 2:30am wearing grey Dickies‑style pants and cowboy boots with a tattoo sleeve on his left arm. 

The stolen truck displayed Colorado license plate DQL 509 and had a dent on the top of the rear tailgate along with a missing black cover piece. It was not marked with company logos.
