Left her home in Cortez around 11am this morning. There are concerns for her safety due to forgetfulness/dementia.  
She was last seen wearing black pants, a beige jacket and a black cap and driving her 2019 Kia Forte - license plate: DFY G33. 

If you see her, please call or text 911 so that officers can quickly respond to your location.
