TOO COOL FOR SCHOOL? We know there are frustrations with long lines, traffic, and of course emotional parents dropping their kiddos off for the first time. Please remember- our goal is safety, not speed. PLAN a few extra minutes in the coming week or two to get to work, as there is a bit more traffic involved in your morning commute.

With a new school year in full swing, the Payson Police Department reminds motorists to be alert for school buses and young passengers traveling to and from school.

Remember to STOP for a school bus displaying flashing red lights and an extended stop arm- it's required by law. SLOW DOWN in school zones, eliminate distractions, and allow extra travel time during school hours. Together, we can help keep our students safe as they have returned to the classroom. ❤️✍️ We love these kids!
