Trace T Williams, 26, of Starks, LA was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence and a traffic summary after a traffic stop that occurred in the 2000 block of North Reading Road on September 2, 2018.   At 0214 hours, Williams' vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation.  Officers determined that Williams was impaired and a breath test indicated that he had a blood alcohol concentration of .09%.   Williams was sent a summons to appear in District Court.
