Anthony W Ridall, 27, of Birdsboro, PA was charged with Theft of Services and Home Improvement Fraud after an incident that occurred at a residence in the 900 block of North 6th Street in Denver Borough.  It is alleged that in July of 2017, Ridall was contracted to do tree removal at a residence.  Ridall did most of the work but failed to finish and complete the work despite receiving payment.   The homeowner attempted to contact Ridall numerous times to complete the work without success.  The homeowner had to pay another contractor an additional $875.00 to finish said work.  A warrant was issued for Ridall's arrest in October of 2017. 

On November 17, 2017, Ridall was incarcerated in Berks County Prison on unrelated charges.  A Preliminary Hearing date has been set for December 4, 2017.
