Brenda Brown, 55, of Bernville, PA was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence and a traffic violation after an incident that occurred on Sunday July 16, 2017 at 0140 hours. At that time Police were notified that a witness was following an erratic driver.  The vehicle was located in the parking lot of the Denver Elementary School located at 700 South 4th Street in Denver Borough.  Officers determined that Brown was impaired and a breath test indicated that she had a blood alcohol concentration of .169% at the time of the test.  Charges were filed and Brown was sent a summons to appear in District Court.
