The Hanover Township Police Department arrested 68-year-old HOWARD CLARK for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol following an investigation that began on 08/14/2026.

CLARK was stopped in the Lee Park section of Hanover for operating a vehicle with a DUI suspended license. He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and was transported to a local hospital for a chemical blood test.

The test results were received on 10/22/2026 and showed CLARK's blood alcohol concentration (BAC) was twice the legal limit.

Charges were filed via summons.
