May 18, 2026 the Lower Southampton Township Police began an investigation of a Burglary which occurred at the Verizon Wireless Zone located at 110 E. Street Road, Feasterville, PA. (Previous post) 

During this investigation it was learned that at 12:20 AM a lone individual entered the Verizon Wireless Zone, where this individual gained access to a safe and removed assorted electronics valued at approximately $29,000.00. 

Video surveillance was received from neighboring businesses which assisted in this investigation. 

Further investigation revealed this individual exited the passenger side of an involved vehicle which is registered to 39-year-old Zeldrick H. Nance of Trenton, NJ.  This vehicle was stopped in Hamilton, NJ with Zeldrick H. Nance operating it. 

Following this investigation a Criminal Complaint was filed against, Zeldrick H. Nance for the charge of Criminal Conspiracy to Burglary.

A Preliminary Hearing of this charge was held on September 09, 2026 and the charge was held for the Court of Common Pleas in Doylestown. 

The case remains open as the Lower Southampton Township Police are still working on the identification of the individual that gained entry and removed the items.
