Garrett S Brubaker, 18, of the 1st week of Buckwheat Drive, Denver, PA was charged with Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest and 2 summary charges after a dispute that occurred at his residence on Monday April 3, 2017. On that date, Officer were dispatched to Brubaker's address for a dispute in progress.  It is alleged that Brubaker pushed a pregnant relative down a flight of steps, and was physically out of control, breaking items in the residence and causing approximately $500.00 in damages.  Officers attempted to place Brubaker in custody and had to physically wrestle him in order to restrain him.  Brubaker was arraigned and remanded to Lancaster County Prison after failing to post $30,000 bail.
