On August 20th, 2026, at 07:42AM, the Stroud Area Regional Police Department responded to a retail theft incident at Shop Rite in Stroud Township. Loss prevention reported that a male individual entered the establishment, stole high value merchandise, and left the premises without making any payment. 

Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to "Submit a tip".  All tipsters can remain anonymous or leave contact information for the investigating officer.
