DUI-16 August 2026 at 12:06AM - Brad E. FLOYD M/52 of Lancaster, PA is accused of the above crimes. On or about listed time and date a West Lampeter Township police officer was conducting proactive patrol in the 1700 Blk. Lampeter Rd. when he observed the operator of a gray Ford truck showing signs of impaired driving. The driver of the truck then pulled into the parking lot of a business at Village Rd. and Lampeter Rd. The officer made contact with the driver and found him asleep behind the wheel. The driver continued to doze off as the officer spoke to him and the officer noticed other signs of the driver being under the influence of alcohol. The driver was identified as Brad FLOYD and a roadside investigation for DUI was conducted. At the conclusion of the investigation FLOYD was arrested for DUI. He consented to a chemical test of breath which showed that his BAC was .126%. In addition, FLOYD had a suspended driver's license which was DUI related. FLOYD was booked at the police station and released. He was charged with the listed offenses before MDJ Benner and is awaiting his preliminary hearing.

 

 

The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
