ELIJAH BEATY (21-year-old male), D’ANDRE COCHRAN (20-year-old male), and ZAIRE WILLIAMS (20-year-old male), were all charged with two Felony 2 counts of False imprisonment of a minor, two Felony 2 counts of Criminal conspiracy false imprisonment of a minor, two summary counts of harassment, and two summary counts of conspiracy harassment.
These charges stem from an incident that occurred in the area of Evergreen Commons in Lock Haven on 4-11-26, where the above named individuals held a 13-year old male juvenile and a 14-year-old male juvenile against their will in an apartment. The actors where attempting to get money from the juveniles for damage to their apartment, which occurred weeks prior to this incident.
Arrest warrants were obtained for BEATY, COCHRAN, and WILLIAMS on 8-6-26. BEATY, COCHRAN, and WILLIAMS were arrested picked up on the warrants on 8-6-26 and taken to CCCF for arraignment. BEATY, COCHRAN, and WILLIAMS are currently out on $40,000 unsecured bail.
