DUI-5 July 2026 at 2:40AM - Shyan N. LINTNER F/27 of Millersville, PA is accused of the above crimes. On or about the listed time and date West Lampeter Township police were conducting proactive patrol in the area of the 1900 Blk. Willow Street Pike when they stopped a blue Chevrolet for unsafe speeds in a 35MPH zone. The driver was identified as the accused, Shyan LINTNER. She showed signs of being under the influence of alcohol and admitted to drinking before driving. After completing further roadside investigation, LINTNER was taken into custody and transported to a local hospital where she consented to a chemical test of blood which later showed that she had a BAC of .190%. LINTNER was booked at the West Lampeter Township Police Department. She is being charged with the above offenses and the speeding violation. She is awaiting her preliminary hearing on these charges.

 

The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
