On Tuesday, July 21, 2026, the Stroud Area Regional Police Department was dispatched to Fine Wine and Good Spirits, 310 Lincoln Ave, East Stroudsburg Borough, regarding a male who had stolen a bottle of liquor. Through the investigation it was found that the theft occurred on July 17, 2026, at about 4:55 PM. Camera footage was obtained of the male committing the theft and the Stroud Area Regional Police Department is seeking community assistance in identifying the suspect. 

Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to "Submit a tip". All tipsters can remain anonymous or leave contact information for the investigating officer. 

ALL SUSPECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW. THESE ARE MERELY ACCUSATIONS OF A CRIME.
