The Solebury Township Police Department is seeking dedicated and community-minded individuals to join our team as Probationary Police Officers. Located in the heart of Central Bucks County, Solebury Township patrols 27 square miles and provides professional law enforcement services with a strong commitment to community policing.

Officers may have opportunities to serve on specialized county and regional teams, including SWAT, MIRT, CSU, and the Accident Reconstruction Team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, with starting pay above $75,000 and up to $91,000 based on experience. Top patrol officer pay for 2026 is $121,000.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• ACT 120 certification by the Pennsylvania Municipal Police Officers’ Education and Training Commission (MPOETC), or current enrollment in training
• At least 21 years of age
• U.S. citizen
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
• Ability to perform all duties of a police officer
