On July 19, 2026, the Stroud Area Regional Police Department was dispatched to Weis Market, 695 N Courtland St, East Stroudsburg Borough for a retail theft report. Through the investigation it was learned that the theft occurred on July 16, 2026, and that the suspect under-rang merchandise and left the store without paying for the goods. A photograph of the suspect is attached to this report. 

Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to "Submit a tip". All tipsters can remain anonymous or leave contact information for the investigating officer. 

ALL SUSPECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW. THESE ARE MERELY ACCUSATIONS OF A CRIME.
